Being at Wrigley Field for three amazing wins was one of the main highlights of the trip! When we first caught site of it Leslie teared up and walked around in a stupor with her mouth wide open. We got to sit in the bleachers and behind home plate (not super close, but still cool). We cheered them on for all three victories and are sure we are good luck for the team. It was neat to finally see this historic field.

It's still so strange to me that you are such a huge sports fan. I just don't remember you being a big sports guru growing up. Not to say you can't develop an interest! That's kind of silly that Leslie teared though.
Funny comment, Kari, I was going to say the same thing! I think it is cool you are so out to discover sporting experiences.I don't usually think of those type of events when I travel.
I sure am aching to go and do something.... the last trip Jeremy and I took (big trip) was to Nauvoo, Niagara Falls and Kirkland (3 years ago!). I love your pix! I want to go somewhere!
I am not a sports guru, but have always enjoyed watching a game and have been to several King's games before my mission. I always thought it would be so cool to watch the 9ers live, but dad said it would be too expensive. We went on this trip specifically for the games, so that was easy, everything else was extra. We are going to San Diego in a couple weeks and see the Cubs there also. I can't wait for more trips!
